TARGET
The Program offers free and personalized paths to entry or re-entry into the workforce. With the approval of the Regional Implementation Plan, the Piedmont Region has activated the GOL – Worker Employability Guarantee Program, which constitutes the reform of the active labor market policies system envisaged by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). The Program aims to promote employment and job reintegration, including through training programs, and offers a personalized and flexible response based on individuals’ characteristics and needs, aiming for greater employability and skills development.
EXAR’S ROLE IN THE PROJECT
Exar Social Value Solutions is the program’s implementation agency in the areas of Turin, Alpignano, Alba, Saluzzo, and Caluso, through the following actions:
