The area supports public, private and third sector entities to develop high social impact service models through typical phases of ideation, design, funding and project management.

The area is responsible for facilitating the matching of supply and demand in the world of work. It searches for job opportunities in the market by combining a commitment to inclusion and valuing diversity with experience in search and selection activities.

Youth

The area strengthens the employability of younger people, particularly NEETs (Not [engaged] in Education, Employment or Training). It develops actions aimed at career counselling and school-to-work transition by fostering maximum satisfaction for those who are first-time jobseekers.

The area strengthens the employability of unemployed and people who have never worked by identifying the best conditions for achieving long-term job placement.

Disability

The area strengthens the employability of people with disabilities by identifying the best conditions for achieving lasting job placement. It advises companies on all opportunities related to accessibility and targeted placement of people with disabilities covered by Italian Law 68/99.

Immigration

The area strengthens the employability of foreign persons and beneficiaries of international protection.
It promotes professionalisation and lasting job placement pathways by supporting people’s adaptation and integration into their new living communities.
